Ayamase/Ofada sauce With Assortment of Meats and Eggs, Half pan

Traditional Ofada sauce With iru, beef, tripe (shaki), Ponmo (cow skin), and eggs (optional). Extra spicy dish. Contains crayfish (shellfish). Size is 32 oz (4 cups).   All meals are cooled or soft frozen to preserve quality. Serve over rice ofada rice (not included), or grain of choice.
